轻质混凝土隔音保温垫层

　　轻质混凝土隔音保温垫层(泡沫混凝土隔音保温垫层)是河南华泰建材开发有限公司通过技术改造而研发出一种新型的轻质混凝土隔音、保温隔热层施工方法。用此方法生产的产品，经河南建设工程质量检测站及南阳市质检站检测，实物质量符合Q/NHW01-2007。节能指标超过河南省民用建筑节能指标的30%。
　　由于轻质混凝土具有独特的液态及强韧的发泡，内部形成无数独立的气泡，再加上流动性强，可进行远距离输送，且作业注入能力强，机械化程度高，可大面积施工，因而可用于填充隧道、坑道、堤坝及作为各种建筑物内部的垫层，起到隔音、保温、加高、填充、找平的作用。
    轻质混凝土隔音保温制品特点：
    (1)、隔音性：
    轻质混凝土能形成独立的气泡，吸音能力可达0.09-0.19%，是普通混凝土的5倍，充分解决居住空间的隔音问题。
    (2)、保温性：
    极低的热传导率。导热系数低于0.2w/m.k。
    (3)、优良的隔热性：
    与普通混凝土相比，具有良好的隔热性（0.05kcal/mh.c），约为普通混凝土的20-30倍。
    (4)、轻量性：
    密度在160-1700kg/m³之间，是普通混凝土的1/5-1/8，属于轻量产品，可减少建筑物的整体负荷。
    (5)、强度的可控性：
    可随施工的需要任意配置，由此形成不同强度，其抗压强度大于0.25MPa。
    (6)、强烈的分散性:
    具有强烈的分散性，能够形成均匀独立的发泡（0.1-0.3 mm）。
    (7)、低吸水率：
    发泡有强韧而独立的发泡连接，吸水率在25%以内。具有防潮、抗渗性能。
    (8)、对外力具有软垫性：
    抗震性优越，用发泡混凝土的产品，形成无数独立的气泡，对于外力作用表现出软垫性，能将压力分散至其它部位，提高了抗震性能。
    轻质混凝土隔音保温垫层使用范围：

    隔音保温节能垫层根据建筑工程的设计和应用需要，可任意配比，形成不同重量的产品系列。表1是其物　理力学性能指标 (传热系数≦1.5w/(m².k)，修正系数=1.0)

    Light weight concrete, noise insulation products features:
