HTW-1型复合发泡剂

        HTW-1型复合发泡剂是用特别的成分加工、变形、合成所制作出来的一种无污染的强力物理型发泡剂，具用良好的发泡能力，其性能为中性，与水有很好的亲和性，与水混合时是透明的溶液，能在水泥浆中产生大量的气泡，气泡相互独立并均匀分布在水泥浆中，形成大量封闭的孔隙，所以泡沫混凝土具有良好的保温隔热隔音效果。

主要原料：
        使用无污染的动物蛋白质和植物蛋白质，无论是对生产者还是使用者及环境都不会产生任何负作用。 

发泡剂的稳定性：
        HTW-1型复合发泡剂具有高稳定性的泡沫囊，表现出极强的立体张力和特异的韧伸性，支持泡沫水泥浆料终凝前保持气孔原态，用高压输送泵输送到高层（40层以上）也不消泡、不塌落。

性能特点：
        ①易溶于水，泡沫丰富；
        ②发泡倍率高，泡沫细密均匀；
        ③沉降量低，泌水量小；
        ④增加混凝土强度、降低混凝土脆性，提高泡沫混凝土质量性能；
        ⑤性价比高。

适用范围：
        HTW-1型复合发泡剂主要应用于泡沫混凝土屋顶、屋面保温隔热层、地暖泡沫混凝土绝热层、泡沫混凝土隔音、保温垫层的生产，其可对水泥、氧化镁、石灰、石膏、石粉、锯末、粉煤灰、沙、造纸废渣白泥等多种原材料发泡，制成泡沫混凝土、隔墙板、板条、砌块、空心砖、实心砖、热力管道保护套、屋顶隔热板等多种轻质泡沫建材。
